As the owner of Kind + Co Events, she has established an upscale, full-service event management company renowned for producing 20-30 professionally managed, beautifully designed, and engaging events annually. Her exceptional organizational skills make Kind + Co Events a go-to for non-profit fundraisers, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
In addition to her entrepreneurial success, Deci has recently been elected as the President of the Seattle Chapter of the International Live Events Association (ILEA).
